The original house in the village of Dawt has been preserved for all to enjoy. Built by Alva Hodgson, the designer and constructor of Dawt Mill, this unique lodging option has been divided into four separate rentable units with private baths, two deluxe rooms and two standard rooms.
The Hodgson House Deluxe units sleep up to four with 2 full size beds. Amenities include air conditioning, 4 cup coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, and a picnic and grill area.
The Hodgson House Standard units accommodate up to two with one full size bed. Amenities include air conditioning, 4 cup coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. Communal Grill area located near the Log Cabin and other side of Cotton Gin Inn
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in lodging.
Pets are welcome in RV and Campsites with a 2pet limit and $10 nightly fee. Pet owner is responsible for pet clean-up. Pets must be on a leash.
