Camping & RV
We have ALL-NEW tent and RV sites this season!
Guests must check in at the Mill Building for wristbands and parking passes. Dawt Mill Staff will inform you of the site assignment before arrival.
Our 16 RV sites are nestled under the canopy of shade trees near the Cotton Gin Inn; these sites offer water, 50-amp electricity, and a dump station. You may have up to 4 people on site; kids 12 & under do not count towards the total occupancy. Tents are welcome on RV sites as long as they stay in the designated site, along with all vehicles. You may add up to 2 additional people per site for $15 per person per night.

Along with our 16 new nightly sites, we now offer 4 long-term RV sites, ranging from weekly to monthly stays. Long-term sites are full hookup.
If you prefer a primitive camping experience, you can choose from one of 12 tent sites located throughout the property. Campers have access to picnic tables, stationary grills, a fire ring, and the bathhouse. Campsites range from a maximum of 6 to 21 people, depending on the site.
If you have a large group gathering, we now have 2 sites that can hold up to 21 people, with a minimum of 10. These sites hold up to 7 tents and 7 vehicles each. Sites come with an extra-large firepit ring and picnic tables.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in lodging. Pets are welcome in RV and Campsites with a 2 pet limit and a $10 nightly fee. The pet owner is responsible for pet clean-up. Pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES.
Pricing
- RV Sites – $60.00/night with a 2-night minimum during season (max of 6 people)
- Tent Sites – $15.00-$20.00/person, per night, minimum 2 people, 12 & under Free (max of 6 people)
- Large Tent Sites – $10.00-$15.00/person, per night, minimum 10 people (max 21 people)
- Pet Fee – $10.00/pet (max 2/site)
